46 <br />47 Desired Outcome: Identify priorities among the Community Aspirations that can be used to <br />48 develop a three-to-five year strategic plan to be implemented and reported on annually by staff. <br />49 <br />50 (NOTE: It is expected that 2 to 3 strategic plans will be created and implemented over the 10-year <br />51 period that the visioning process covers). <br />52 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />53 The city’s approved Strategic Racial Equity Action Plan (SREAP) as well as the city’s Racial Equity <br />54 Narrative detail the city’s commitment to providing an inclusive community.
