Ayes-5 Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />The fire Department asked that a quick charge battery charger be bought <br />for the purpose of charging the batteries after each run. After some <br />discussion it was suggested that a check on the situation would <br />be necessary and would be:~tak:en up at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The clerk read the letter from St_ Anthony Park Bank with the securities <br />needed for our deposits. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, Olson seconded that the securities be approved. <br />Roll Call Ayes(5) Nayes--(O). <br /> <br />It was brought up tha.t Bahneman the dog catcher was resigning. But <br />Carlson had spoke to him about the matter and he agreed to think <br />it over and recoĊ“ider ,the matter. <br /> <br />Carlson suggested going to the homes and taking the dogs that stray <br />off the owners pro·perty. He suggested that two 'Witnesses would be <br />necessar,y to make it stick. It was suggested that all dogs be checked <br />for licenses. It was also suggested by Willmus that dogs must be <br />caught in the act.of trespassing. <br /> <br />All the council men agreed that Bahneman should stay and have all <br />the support of the council. <br /> <br />It was also suggested that dogs who follow chi~dren to school would <br />come under the supervision of the sbhoöl teachers and principal. <br />Who would in turn warn. the children so that there dogs would stay <br />at home or be subject to being picked up by the dog catcher. <br />
