<br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Norman Albrecht-908 Grandview sp,oke on how the tax pilyers throughout <br />Roseville would be affected. He also elttimated that the number of <br />children in the trailers are one to a trailer. Some have three, and <br />with 90 trailers in the court, it would take two extra:'schoolrooms to <br />take Gare of them. Extra busses would be needed to take them to school. <br />He is a civic delegate to the organization. <br /> <br />They suggested if the Village could go to $1500.00 to appeal the case, <br />that it would be better for the civic organization to raise the <br />additional funds., <br /> <br />Milner Carley said that Mr. Karon talked to Howard's attorney asking <br />them to amend findings in connection with the ordinance on the basis <br />we would appeal. <br /> <br />Mr. Karon is on vaction at the present time so it was suggested that <br />the case rest until he retur.ns next Monday. <br /> <br />A special meeting could be called and a defini te commitment could be <br />given. <br /> <br />Carlson moved, seconded by Hammersten that we have the attorney draw <br />up the preJ-iminary papers for éIl appeal to the supreme court to protect <br />the time limit pending the advise of the attorney.
