The cost estimates include construction material costs based on the facility type, as well as account for potential pedestrian ramp/driveway apron modifications, utility relocations, tree removal, curb -and - gutter, and retaining walls, where applicable. The costs also include percentage estimates for engineering/design, parcel/right-of-way impacts, drainage, mobilization, and general contingency. Cost shown are in current year dollars.
