120
Vice Chair Ficek agreed. The one things he thought of as he was listening to the
121
conversation from the Council meeting last night as well as reviewing the
122
discussion from the meeting in November, he did not know that the City does a
123
good job of letting people know what has been done, what is being done and he
124
wondered, for the City newsletter if there could be a section completely devoted to
125
it such as Climate Awareness or Climate Emergency, just specifically devoted to
126
what the City is doing. He thought that was one idea of how to bring that awareness
127
forward to the residents.
128
129
Mr. Culver thought those were some really good suggestions and wanted to have a
130
conversation with the City's communications staff about this and how to provide a
131
more regular update on what the City is doing.
132
133
3.
Approval of November 23, 2021 Meeting Minutes
134
Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC
135
commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the
136
draft presented in meeting materials.
137
1W h&
138
Chair Wozniak indicated he noticed a couple of typos but did not think it was
139
worthwhile commenting on them. He thought the secretary captured the PWETC
140
conversation, which was rather circuitous at times, about the climate proposal pretty
141
well.
142
143
Mr. Culver explained he needed to make one little addition where the secretary
144
asked him to fill in a spot but otherwise he commended those who are interpreting
145
these meetings and putting them into minutes on a job well done.
146
147
Motion
148
Member Misra moved, Member Spencer seconded, approval of the November
149
23, 2021 meeting minutes as presented.
150
151
Ayes: 6
152
Nays:0
153
Abstain: 1 (Ficek)
154
Motion carried.
155
156
4.
Communication Items
157
Mr. Culver provided a brief review and update on projects and maintenance
158
activities listed in the staff report dated January 25, 2022.
159
160
5.
Annual Green Team Update
161
Mr. Johnson provided a brief update on the Green Team and what has been done
162
over the past year.
163
164
6.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Overview
Page 4 of 9
