Discussion on Postponed Tour 378 Environmental Specialist Ryan Johnson made a presentation to the Commission on 379 the Ramsey County Ditch 4 project. 380 381 City Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer updated the 382 Commission on the RCD 4 & Twin Lakes Trail construction and costs. 383 384 Mr. Culver indicated beyond the trees the City planted, there were also native 385 grasses and savannah seed mix that were planted. This will create a more prairie 386 look with low maintenance and very pollinator friendly. 387 388 12.
