86 rate in effect at that time, pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff in Attachment D of <br />87 this RCA. <br />88 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />89 Hold a public hearing, then adopt a resolution approving the proposed ‘Edison Addition plat <br />90 based on the content of this RCA, public input,and City Councildeliberation, with the following <br />91 conditions. <br />92 1. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff in Attachment D of this RCA, the applicant <br />93 shall submit payment of $505,750to satisfy the park dedication requirement pertaining to Edison 1 <br />94 and Edison 2 before the City will release the approved plat for recording at Ramsey County. <br />95 2. If Outlot A is platted in the future for the planned third phase, Edison 3, the applicant shall pay a <br />96 cash dedication to be calculated at that time based on the number of proposed units and the per-unit <br />97 rate in effect at that time, pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff in Attachment D of <br />98 this RCA. <br />99 A LTERNATIVE A CTION <br />100 Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />101 clarity, analysis, and/or information to make a decision on the request. <br />102 Adopt a resolution to deny the request.
