Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of th 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6 day of June, 2022, at 3 6:00p.m. 4 5 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: 6 7 8 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 9 10 RESOLUTION NO. 11 APPROVING THE VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT RELATED TO THE PLAT 12 OF VICTORIA SHORES 13 14 WHEREAS, in 1990 the City of Roseville acquired the easement for sewer purposes; and 15 16 WHEREAS, the easement is recorded as Ramsey County Document Number 2528471; and 17 18 WHEREAS, the easement is used for storm sewer drainage; and 19 20 WHEREAS, as part of the Victoria Shores Development the existing storm sewer pipe will remain 21 and new drainage and utility easements will be dedicated to the City as part of the Plat of Victoria 22 Shores; and 23 24 WHEREAS, a petition from adjacent property owners has been filed with the City of Roseville 25 requesting the vacation a utilityeasement for underground utility mains, pipes, drainage ditch, 26 and appurtenances over certain property located within the real property in Ramsey County, 27 Minnesota legally described as follows: 28 29 A 20 FOOT EASEMENT THE CENTER LINE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: 30 COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 31 2, RICHARDS PARK 406 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE NORTHWEST 32 CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 324 FEET MORE 33 OR LESS TO A POINT 52 FEET SOUTH AND 335 FEET EAST OF THE 34 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1 AND THERE TERMINATING, 35 According to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of 36 Deeds in and for said County and State. 37 38 and 39
