Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; and Members Jarrod Cicha, Mike Collins and <br />6 Edwin Hodder <br />7 <br />8 Absent: Members Michael Joyce and Nancy Misra (Excused) <br />9 <br />10 Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; Environmental <br />11 Manager Ryan Johnson and Sustainability Intern Noelle <br />12 Bakken <br />13 <br />14 2. Public Comments <br />15 None <br />16 <br />17 3. Approval of July 26, 2022 Meeting Minutes <br />18 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />19 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />20 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />21 <br />22 Chair Ficek indicated staff members present was not correct. Assistant City <br />23 Engineer Stephanie Smith and Environmental Manager Ryan Johnson were not at <br />24 the meeting. <br />25 <br />26 Motion <br />27 Member Collins moved, Member Cicha seconded, approval of the July 26, <br />28 2022 meeting minutes as amended. <br />29 <br />30 Ayes:4 <br />31 Nays: 0 <br />32 Motion carried. <br />33 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
