Note language translation available via the website. Postcards need to hit doorsteps by <br />th <br />August 25 <br /> (two weeks prior to first meeting). <br /> Consider door hangers – depending on success of engagement – if there is capacity and time to get them <br />distributed <br /> Take-a-ways at open houses: <br />o Postcard of housing resources: design, print (utilize QR code) <br />o Comment card – produce in-house <br />o Community Visioning post-card <br /> Open House boards (design and print in-house), be mindful of translation capabilities, acquire easels <br /> Sandwich board sign for outside meeting room to draw attendees in <br /> Use comment cards for renters to communicate other renter concerns <br /> Have someone counting attendees upon entry (in case surveys are not completed) <br /> Renter survey upon entry. Surveys will be paper – staff will input into survey monkey depending on how many <br />are completed.
