I find <br />that this contract has been fully completed in all respects according to the plans, specifications, and <br />the contract. I therefore recommend that final payment be made from the improvement fund to the <br />contractors for the balance on the contract as follows: <br />Original Contract amount (based on estimated quantities)$590,004.74 <br />Actual amount due (based on actual quantities)$438.880.71 <br />Previous payments$432.408.20 <br />Balance Due$6,472.51 <br />Additional cost related to the Xcel Cost Share Agreement are in the amount of $150,340.93 for a <br />total cost of $589,221.64.
