<br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> Date: November 28, 2022 <br /> Item No.: 8.a <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br /> <br />Item Description: Council Direction on Councilmember Initiated Agenda Item <br />1 B ACKGROUND <br />2 Under Rule 9 of the Roseville City Council and Commissions Rules of Procedures, when a <br />3 Councilmember request that an item be placed on a future City Council agenda, that itemis placed on the <br />4 next meeting agenda for the City Council to provide direction as to whether, how, and when the item will <br />5 be taken up at a future meeting. <br />6 <br />7 In an email to the City Manager on November 18, 2022, Councilmember Strahan requested the following <br />8 item be considered by the City Council: <br />9 <br />10 1.
