131 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />nd <br />132 A.Direct staff to preparea resolution approving the proposed Wheaton Woods 2Addition plat <br />133 based on the content of this RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation, subject to the <br />134 following conditions: <br />135 1. The proposed new shared lot boundary shall be revised to achieve a minimum of 85 feet of width <br />136 for Lot 1 and maintain a 5-foot setback for the existing detached garage on Lot 2 as illustrated in <br />137 the plan reviewed with this proposal. <br />138 2.The applicant shall submit $4,250 as payment of park dedication before staff will release the <br />139 signed plat to be recorded at Ramsey County <br />140 B.Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />141 clarity, analysis, and/or information to make a decision on the request. Tabling beyond January 23, <br />142 2023, may require extension of the action timeline mandated in Minn. Stat. 462.358 subd. 3b. <br />143 C.
