Materials will be selected for their durability, constructability and textural appeal. A <br />combination of stone, glass, fiber cement siding, and MCM panelsystemswill create an interesting <br />façade and low maintenance exterior finishes. The proposed material palette is both contemporary and <br />dignified. Smooth off-white fiber cementand rhythmic dark grey metalpaneling are accented by areas <br />ofwarmer textured limestoneveneerand sleek cedar-tonedvertical ribbed cladding.
