B. <br /> <br />Dated this l6th day of November 1954 <br /> <br />Village Council of Roseville, Minn. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, Olson seconded that we arrange a meeting with Little <br />Canada to discuss the matter of set backs on Rise St. Roll *Ayes 5Nayes O. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the Attorney General's ruling and also Mr. Loftsgaarden 's <br />interpretation on the question of arresting trafic violators across the <br />center line on the boundrys of our village. It was ruled that the <br />Roseville Police cannot arrest a violator across the center line unless <br />the violation took place within the limits of Roseville and the police <br />were in pursuit. <br /> <br />Mr. Carley recommended in a letter that Ed Bossard's Tentative Plat #2 <br />be approved.,providing a 30 Ft. easement could be obtained on Autumn & <br />Lexington so there will be a 60 ft outlet on Iexington. After some <br />discussion, it was decided to hold it ove:' till the next meeting. <br /> <br />ED.
