The project proposes to keep the existing home at 2687 Dale Street and add an additional buildable <br />lot for a single-family home by combining an existing outlot on the Wheaton Woods property with <br />the western portion of the 2687 Dale Street property. The proposal includes .59 acres and one new <br />unit. <br />To satisfy the park dedication requirement, 0.059 acres of land or one unit-fee may be required <br />($4,250).
