The project proposes to keep the existing home at 2687 Dale Street and add an additional buildable lot for a single-family home by combining an existing outlot on the Wheaton Woods property with the western portion of the 2687 Dale Street property. The proposal includes .59 acres and one new unit. To satisfy the park dedication requirement, 0.059 acres of land or one unit-fee may be required ($4,250). In matters of park dedication, the role of the Parks and Recreation Commission is to review and make recommend on whether to accept land, cash or a combination. Commissioner Baggenstoss asked about the green space adjacent to the proposed subdivision plot. Staff responded that the green space was not public property. Commissioner Lenhart motioned to recommend one-unit fee ($4,250) to the City Council to satisfy park dedication at Outlot A, Wheaton Woods & 2687 Dale Street. Commissioner Brown seconded.
