Both parks and playgrounds are open. As part of the Accelerated Emerald Ash Borer Program over 240 ash trees have been removed and 280 new trees planted. Also, 100 additional trees were planted in the parks as part of a recent volunteer planting event. The OVAL project remains on schedule. The planned opening date for the OVAL is November 11. However, due to the warm weather that date may be delayed. The EnVision Roseville process is under way and included successful engagement events at the Wild Rice Festival and Spooktacular. The community survey is also available and staff encouraged everyone to submit feedback. 5
