Commissioner Dahlstrom shared that there is a flyer available to share with community <br />members. Staff committed to sharing the flyer with the Commission. <br /> <br /> The Campus Master Plan pre-design was submitted to the City Council. At this time the <br />project is not funded and is only in pre-design. <br /> <br /> Josh Thygesen was promoted to Recreation Superintendent with Roseville Parks and <br />Recreation. Thygesen’s former position, Adult Sports Recreation Supervisor, is currently <br />open. <br /> <br /> Recreation Program Updates: <br /> Roseville indoor pickleball fall schedule has been released <br /> Some pickleball nets will remain up through the winter at the outdoor courts <br /> Adult trip to see “Footloose” at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre on January 11 is now <br />open for registration <br /> Cookies and Cocoa with Kris Kringle at Cedarholm Community Building on <br />Saturday, December 3 <br /> Open Mic Nights have resumed at the Cedarholm Community Building on the third <br />Thursday of each month <br /> <br />Commissioner Matts-Benson noted that staff member Josh Thygesen is great and she is pleased he is <br />now the Recreation Superintendent. She also relayed that her kids had a wonderful time at <br />Spooktacular. Finally, she asked for an update on the Cedarholm Community Building Food <br />Provider Request for Proposal (RFP). Staff relayed that the RFP was issued last week. The submittal <br />deadline is Mid-December. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lenhart asked about the concession stands at the skating center. Staff noted that they <br />are used predominately during high school hockey games.
