Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Groff, Willmus, Strahan, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge was led by Cub Scouts from Troop 150 in Roseville. <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 10E (Approve a Resolution Designat- <br /> ing 2023 Polling Locations) from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration. <br /> Willmus moved, Groff seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Groff, Willmus, Strahan, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Mr. Matt Zitzow, 2432 Irene Street, Cub Master of Cub Scout Troop 150, in Roseville, <br /> indicated their charter organization is Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and many of the <br /> Scouts attend either Parkview or North Heights School. He thanked the City Council for <br /> allowing the scouts in attendance to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Zitzow indicated <br /> that Sonnet and Judah have been putting in time this last fall working on learning about <br /> American government, general civics, and being a citizen in the community. Tonight's <br /> attendance is a culmination of that effort for them to see government in action and they <br /> appreciate the opportunity of being at the meeting. Also, on behalf of the pack,he offered <br /> a couple of thank yous to the City of Roseville, noting several departments that the Scouts <br /> receive services from and are appreciate of are Parks, a lot of scouting activities and ad- <br /> ventures occur on City park land, especially Central Park. There have also been some great <br /> educational opportunities through the departments of fire and police, touring the fire de- <br /> partment and having police officers come to the pack meeting and describing what it is like <br /> being a police officer in the community. He also wanted to thank, on behalf of Sonnet and <br /> Juda, all the City Council for serving as elected officials on behalf of the city residents. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br />
