He <br /> indicated he will bring more information back for the Council. <br /> h. Councilmember Strahan—Discussion About Establishing a $15 Per Hour <br /> Minimum Wage in Roseville <br /> Councilmember Strahan indicated she brought this up because on November 18th <br /> the City Council received a note from Mr. Andrew Wiley, an employee of Bur- <br /> lington in Roseville. She had tried to reach out to Mr. Wiley on several occasions <br /> but was unsuccessful in doing so. As noted in his note, he indicated that his pay <br /> was inadequate and would subject him to labor exploitation and noted the people <br /> who worked there tended to be people of color. What struck her at that time is the <br /> $15 an hour wage asked presented a lot of things to consider. She did an analysis <br />
