Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1. Introduction / Roll Call <br />Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Jesse Freihammer called the <br />roll. <br />Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; and Members Jarrod Cicha, Mike Collins, <br />Edwin Hodder, and Allison Luongo <br />Absent: Member Michael Joyce, and Nancy Misra (Excused) <br />Staff Present: Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Jesse <br />Freihammer; Environmental Manager Ryan Johnson, <br />Building Official David Englund and Finance Director <br />Michelle Pietrick <br />2. Public Comments <br />None. <br />3. Swearing in New Commissioner <br />Chair Ficek read the Oath of Office and swore in Commissioner Luongo. <br />4. Approval of September 27, 2022 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Chair Ficek noted a change on line 176 which staff made. <br />Motion <br />Member Cicha moved, Member Collins seconded, approval of the <br />September 27, 2022 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
