2023. Bring any questions and comments on what has been done or what can be done <br />to move Roseville's Sustainability Program forward to the meeting. <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Street and Storm <br />o 46 inches of snowfall from 11/29/22 thru 1/17/23. <br />• 18 plow call outs. <br />o Total season to date snow of 51.5". <br />o Ongoing benching, snow plowing and hauling. <br />o Ongoing sign work. <br />0 23 water breaks, valves, hydrant repairs. Street patching completed. Ongoing <br />monitoring of patch conditions until permanent patch can be installed in <br />spring. <br />Water and Sanitary Sewer <br />o Located City -owned facilities for Gopher State One Call locate requests. <br />o Made weekly site visits to all lift stations. <br />o Continued repairing water meters and MIUs. <br />o Twenty-two (22) repairs on our water main system. Five done by contractor <br />and the rest done by City staff. <br />o Collected water samples for bacteriological and disinfection byproducts. <br />o Continued laundering towels weekly used by office personnel for cleaning <br />work areas. <br />o One utility crew member resigned so job is posted. <br />o Emergency lighting exit signs have been installed in Public Works <br />Maintenance office. <br />o Compartment heater for City Hall generator failed and has been replaced. <br />o City Hall generator load tested and inspected. <br />o Contractor completed cleaning the Public Works Maintenance garage floor <br />drains. <br />o Annual fire extinguisher inspection completed for all buildings. <br />o Crane inspections completed. <br />o Ramsey County Hazardous Waste report submitted. <br />o MCES 2022 Waste Hauler report submitted. <br />o Tier 1 freeze letter, mailed this week. <br />0 Page 3 <br />
