Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: November 22, 2022 <br />Item Description: Communication Items <br />Item No: 5 <br />Public Works Project updates: <br />• 2022 Sewer Lining <br />o The contract was awarded to Hydro-Klean on December 6, 2021. The project consists <br />of lining 5.6 miles of pipe within the city. Work has begun with about 95% of the work <br />completed within Roseville. Work is anticipated to be completed by early December. <br />• Villa Storm Water Improvements <br />o The project was awarded to Kevitt Companies. <br />o Work consists of dredging the upper basin in Villa Park and replacing the inlet and the <br />outlet to the basin. <br />o Work will begin in later November. <br />Fairview and County Road C Pond Improvements <br />o The project was awarded to New Look Construction on June 6. <br />o Work consists of pond dredging and outfall replacement at the Fairview and County <br />Road C pond. <br />o All work was completed in early November. <br />Ramsey County Updates: <br />• Ramsey County Mill and Overlays & ADA Upgrades <br />o Work in Roseville is on three County Roads: <br />• Rice Street, County Road B2 to I-694 <br />• County Road B, Dale Street to Rice Street <br />• Lexington Avenue, TH 36 - County Road C2 <br />o The County completed paving Lexington Avenue on Wednesday. Permanent pavement <br />markings will be installed in the spring. <br />Miscellaneous Updates: <br />• Neel Gas Project <br />o All major work is completed. Some minor restoration remains but will have not <br />impacts to the public. <br />Council Update: <br />• Below is a highlight of items recently presented to and/or acted on by the City Council. More <br />information can be found in the agenda packets and minutes for the referenced Council <br />meeting. <br />o November 7: <br />• Reviewed fee schedule <br />Discussed 2023 Utility Rates <br />Declared Juneteenth (June 19) as a City Holiday <br />
