Sustainability Update <br />• Roseville continues to lead 26 cities participating in the Intercity Home Energy Squad <br />Challenge in HES visits per capita as of October 26 - httns://www.mncee.or�/2022-intercitv- <br />challenge-home-energv-s quad <br />• Staff is working with Neel Energy and the Center for Energy and Environment to promote <br />Home Energy Squad, and has advertised a giveaway for up to 50 residents to receive a code for <br />afree visit. <br />• Staff is working on gathering information about the Inflation Reduction Act to provide <br />guidance and supportfor residents looking to take advantage of the new incentives. <br />• Staff continues to promote Roseville's Sustainable Steward Award - <br />httn://www.cityofroseville.com/1824/Sustainable-Steward-Award. <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Street and Storm <br />o Prepped License Center parking lot for contractor pave. <br />o Ongoing sign work. <br />o Streetscape completed fall cut backs. <br />o Completed general street patching. <br />o Completed 2023 PMP storm sewer inspections. <br />o Assisted repairs/restoration of 2 water breaks. <br />o Completed Fall Sweep. 10/20 thru 11/10/22. <br />0 11/14/22 Plow callout for 2.5" snowfall. <br />0 11/15/22 Plow callout for additional snowfall. <br />Water and Sanitary Sewer <br />o Located City -owned facilities for Gopher State One Call locate requests. <br />o Made weekly site visits to all lift stations. <br />o Continued repairing water meters and MIUs. <br />o Continued working with contractor and electrician on motor issues at the St. Croix <br />storm water lift station.
