In addition to the lowest floor, all service utilities must be elevated or water-tight to <br />5212 the elevation determined in subsection i above. <br />5213 B. If elevation methods involving fill would result in filling in the shore impact zone, <br />5214 then structures must instead be elevated through floodproofing methods in <br />5215 accordance with subsection C below; <br />5216 C. If the structure is floodproofed, then it must be built to resist hydrostatic pressure <br />5217 through elevation methods such as blocks, pilings, filled stem walls, elevated <br />5218 concrete pad, internally flooded enclosed areas, or through other accepted <br />5219 engineering practices consistent with FEMA technical bulletins 1, 2 and 3. <br />5220 d. Significant Historic Sites: No structure may be placed on a significant historic site in a <br />5221 manner that affects the values of the site unless adequate information about the site has been <br />5222 removed and documented in a public repository. <br />5223 6. Water Supply and Sewage Treatment <br />5224 a. Water supply. Any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes must meet or <br />5225 exceed standards for water quality of the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota <br />5226 Pollution Control Agency. <br />5227 b. Sewage treatment. Any premises used for human occupancy must be connected to a publicly- <br />5228 owned sewer system, where available or comply with Minnesota Rules, Chapters 7080 Î <br />5229 7081. <br />5230 G. Performance Standards for Public and Private Facilities <br />5231 1. Placement and Design of Roads, Driveways, and Parking Areas: Public and private roads and <br />5232 parking areas must be designed to take advantage of natural vegetation and topography to achieve <br />5233 maximum screening as viewed from public waters and comply with the following standards: <br />23 <br /> <br />
