Additional structure setbacks: Structures must also meet the following setbacks, <br />5195 regardless of the waterbody classification. <br />5196 A. 30 feet from the top of the bluff <br />5197 B. 50 feet from an unplatted cemetery <br />5198 vii. Bluff Impact Zones: Structures, impervious surfaces, and accessory facilities, except <br />5199 stairways and landings, must not be placed within bluff impact zones. <br />5200 b.
