The intent of this section is to facilitate and encourage the use of electric vehicles, to <br />8 expedite the establishment of a convenient, cost-effective electric vehicle infrastructure, <br />9 and establish minimum requirements for such infrastructure to serve both short and long- <br />10 term parking needs. <br />11 2.
