The Robçrts COIlstruction Co. asked for permission to construct two homes on one oversized lot by dividing the lot into two lots each 85X 167.S ft. Roger Short, from the Banister Engineering Co., reported that the survey they are making for the sanitary sewer in Roseville. He stated the work is progressing very well. Hammersten moved, Carlson seconded that the plans for the Grading of Co. Rd. B2 from Lexington to Hamline, which were submitted by the County, be referred to the Engineer. Roll Call Ayes CS)-Nayes (0). Hammersten moved, Carlson seconded that the Council accept the peeition for the opening of Aglen St. from Judith to Co. Rd. C2 and refer it to the Engineer. Mr. Carley, Engineer, presented a letter stating that he recommended the council appoint competent people to negotiate for the low property at Victoria and Burke St, which would be used to hold the water which would come from the proposed drainage of Burke St. It would also he1lp the vlater problem at Lexington & Co.
