<br />-2- <br /> <br />The Engineer submitted his recommendations on the Dreher Addition. <br />He recommended that plat should be acceptód showing half streets on the <br />north and the south which it does not now show. He said he felt <br />the approval of this plat be withheld until such time as every effort <br />has been made to obtain the right of way on the north and south sides <br />of it. Olson moved, Hammersten seconded to hold it over for 1 week <br />to give the Council a chdJ'ce -to look over this property. RC11. Gall <br />Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />The Engineer submitted his recommendations on the plat of Bertlee <br />Homesites '2, He recommended approval of the plat provided a contour <br />map is supplied and also that some arrangemeht is made to take care <br />of the expense involv$d in building the 233 feet of street ~mich would <br />form the easterly side of GaltieJr St. immediately north of Co. Rd. C. <br />Hammersten moved, Carlson seconded that tentative approval be given to the <br />plat bf Bertlee Homesites #2 subject to the Engineers recommendation. <br />Roll Call Ayes (S)_Nayes {o). <br /> <br />The Clerk read the Engineers report on the Ran-Villa Addition. He <br />suggested that all that part of the plat lying southerly of Skillman <br />Ave., as shown on plat, must be reserved for ~he storage of water. <br />If this iB done tha plat may be approved subject to the other ru.les <br />in connection with the platting of property. Hæ~~ersten moved, Carlson <br />seconded that the plat of Ran~illa be given tentative apprQval <br />subject to the Engineers recommendation. As <br />the owner requested pe~ission to record Plat #1 leaving that part north <br />of Kingston Ave. to make up such a plat, the Engineer suggested the <br />Village get a highway easement for Galtie~St. as shown on the plat <br />lying between Larpenteur and Kingston Ave. No. permits shall be <br />issued on Galtie~ St. south of Ki.."1gston until snch time as it has been <br />completely constructÅ“d and accGp~ed by the Village. Hammersten moved, <br />Carlson seconded that the McCarrons Hills Add. be given tentative <br />approval subject to the Enginners rêcommendations.
