He said he felt <br />the approval of this plat be withheld until such time as every effort <br />has been made to obtain the right of way on the north and south sides <br />of it. Olson moved, Hammersten seconded to hold it over for 1 week <br />to give the Council a chdJ'ce -to look over this property. RC11.
