Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:15 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 5. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 6. Business Items <br /> a. Visit Roseville Presentation <br /> Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Ac- <br /> tion and related attachments dated January 23, 2023. <br /> Ms. Julie Wearn, CEO of Visit Roseville, and Ms. Liz Nowak, Director of Market- <br /> ing Communications for Visit Roseville, provided an overview of 2022 and a look <br /> into 2023 as well as the science behind the decisions being made in the marketing <br /> and communications for Roseville. <br /> Councilmember Groff appreciated the comment about redesigning the website and <br /> being more inclusive. He thought that was really important and people with differ- <br /> ent abilities need to access that. <br /> Councilmember Strahan appreciated the website redesign. She thought it was a re- <br /> ally useful tool and hoped the City can continue to drive people there. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Ms. Wearn and Ms. Nowak for the presentation. He noted, <br /> regarding the website, one of the things underutilized that people are not aware of <br />
