Hold a Public Hearing to Consider Approving a Liquor License Renewal for <br /> 2023 for Mito, LLC dba Tulum Hall <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Re- <br /> quest for Council Action and related attachments dated January 23, 2023. <br /> Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public <br /> hearing at approximately 6:39 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on the <br /> above-referenced liquor license renewal for Tulum Hall; with no one appearing for <br /> or against. <br /> Etten moved, Groff seconded, approval of the 2023 Liquor License for Mito, LLC <br /> dba Tulum Hall. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c.
