Owasso Blvd. and Rice <br />submitted a petition to have this lot rezoned from commercial to farm <br />residential. When the owner of the property objected to the rezoning, <br />Mr. Godfrey purchased the Lot from the G. M. Gustafson Co. After acquirådg <br />the property he asked that the property remain zoned as commercial. The <br />letter was placed on file. <br /> <br />A petition was received from the Keller Corporation asking permission to <br />build and operate a motel and restaurant on the premises known as <br />2087 N. Snelling and 2075 N. Snelling. Hr. David Crimmins is the purchaser <br />of this property.
