RCA Attachment C <br />1 ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. ____ <br />2 ORDINANCES AMENDING TITLE 8, PUBLIC WORKS, AND TITLE 10, ZONING, <br />3 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />4 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. ______ approved by the City Council of <br />5 Roseville on March 6, 2023: <br />6 The Roseville City Code, Title 8, Public Works, Chapter 803 has been amended to add language to <br />7 modify and clarify specific requirements pertaining to storm water drainage. Section 803.05 <br />8 Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) Maintenance was moved to 803.06, and 803.05 was <br />9 changed to Stormwater Management Overlay District, which was moved from Chapter 1017. <br />10 Chapter 804 has been created within Roseville City Code to clarify specific requirements <br />11 pertaining to wetlands; some information was moved from Chapter 1017, and buffer information <br />12 was added to be more in line with local watershed district rules. <br />13 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. ______ approved by the City Council of <br />14 Roseville on March 6, 2023: <br />15 The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Zoning Ordinance, has been amended to add and update <br />16 various definitions; to reflect updates to the shoreland management regulations made to ensure <br />17 that the provisions of the zoning code are in alignment with the model ordinance prepared by <br />18 Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, including repealing the existing Chapter 1017 <br />19 (Shoreland, Wetland and Storm Water Management) and replacing it with a new Shoreland <br />20 Overlay District in Chapter 1012 (Overlay Districts); to revise certain regulations pertaining to <br />21 landscaping requirements; and to add regulations for electric vehicle charging. <br />22 A printed copy of the ordinances are available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />23 hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />24 Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
