Otherwise, side lot <br />56 lines at the rear yard building setback line. <br />57 ORDINARY HIGH WATER LEVEL: The point on the bank or shore up to which the presence and <br />58 action of surface water is so continuous as to leave a distinctive mark such as by erosion, destruction or <br />59 prevention of terrestrial vegetation, predominance of aquatic vegetation, or other easily recognized <br />60 characteristic.The boundary of public waters and wetlands, and shall be an elevation delineating the <br />61 highest water level which has been maintained for a sufficient period of time to leave evidence upon the <br />62 landscape, commonly that point where the natural vegetation changes from predominantly aquatic to <br />63 predominantly terrestrial. For watercourses, the ordinary high water level is the elevation of the top of the <br />64 bank of the channel. For reservoirs and flowages, the ordinary high water level is the operating elevation <br />65 of the normal summer pool. <br />66 PLUG IN HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE: an electric vehicle that: <br />67 1. Contains an internal combustion engine and also allows power to be delivered to drive wheels by <br />68 an electric motor; <br />69 2. Charges its battery primarily by connecting to the grid or other off-board electrical source; <br />70 3. May additionally be able to sustain battery charge using an on-board internal-combustion-driven <br />71 generator; and <br />72 4. Has the ability to travel powered by electricity. <br />73 SETBACK: The minimum horizontal distance by which any building or structure must be separated from <br />74 a street right-of-way, lot line, or ordinary high water levelrequired between a structure, sewage treatment <br />75 system, or other facility and an ordinary high water level, sewage treatment system, top of a bluff, road or <br />76 highway right-of-way, property line, or other facility.
