RCA Attachment A <br />356 e. Any request to reduce the boundaries of shorelands of public waters within City of Roseville <br />357 must be sent to the commissioner or the commissionerÓs designated representative for <br />358 approval and must include a resolution and supporting data The boundaries of shorelands may <br />359 be reduced when the shoreland of water bodies with different classifications overlap. In these <br />360 cases, the topographic divide between the water bodies shall be used for adjusting the <br />361 boundaries. <br />362 9. Mandatory EAW: An Environmental Assessment Worksheet consistent with Minnesota Rules, <br />363 Chapter 4410 must be prepared for projects meeting the thresholds of Minnesota Rules, part <br />364 4410.4300, Subparts 19a, 20a, 25, 27, 28, 29, and 36a. <br />365 10. Planned Unit Development: A planned unit development (PUD) may be permitted within the <br />366 Shoreland Overlay District as long as it follows the requirements of Chapter 1024 Planned Unit <br />367 Developments and Section 1012.03.J below. <br />368 D. Shoreland Classification System and Land Uses <br />369 1. Shoreland Classification System <br />370 a. Purpose. To ensure that shoreland development on the public waters of the City of Roseville <br />371 is regulated consistent with the classifications assigned by the commissioner under Minnesota <br />372 Rules, part 6120.3300. <br />373 b. Lakes are classified as follows: <br />374 i. State designated general development (GD) lakes: <br />Lake Name DNR Public Waters I.D. # <br />Little Johanna 62005800 or 62-58P <br />Lake Josephine 62005700 or 62-57P <br />Lake Owasso 62005600 or 62-56P <br />McCarron Lake 62005400 or 62-54P <br />375 ii. State designated natural environment (NE) lakes: <br />Lake Name DNR Public Waters I.D. # <br />Bennett Lake 62004800 or 62-48W <br />Langton Lake 62004900 or 62-49W <br />376 iii. City designated general development (GD) lakes: <br />Lake Name <br />Oasis Pond <br />Zimmerman Lake <br />Walsh Lake <br />Willow Pond <br />377 2. Land Uses: The land uses allowable for the Shoreland Overlay District shall follow the permitted <br />378 and conditional use designations as defined and outlined in the underlying zoning district. <br />Page 13 of 32 <br /> <br />
