Non-Riparian Lot. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards set forth in the <br />424 underlying zoning district. <br />425 3. Impervious Surface Coverage: Lot development shall meet the impervious surface requirements <br />426 of the underlying zoning district and the stormwater management requirements of Title 8 of this <br />427 Code. <br />428 4. Special Residential Lot Provisions: <br />429 a. Development of attached, courtyard cottage, and multifamily housing shall meet the <br />430 following standards: <br />431 i. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards of the underlying zoning district. <br />432 ii. 70% of the shore impact zone must be permanently protected. If that zone does not meet <br />433 a riparian buffer standards then restoration is required. <br />434 iii. Shore recreation facilities: <br />435 A. Must be centralized and located in areas suitable for them based on a suitability <br />436 analysis. <br />437 B. Docking, mooring, or over-water storage of more than six (6) watercraft on the <br />438 centralized facility for the development will only be allowed if the width of the <br />439 development is greater than the minimum lot width for a riparian single-family <br />440 residential lot on the respective lake type.
