Bluff Impact Zones: Structures, impervious surfaces, and accessory facilities, except <br />531 stairways and landings, must not be placed within bluff impact zones. <br />532 b. Height of Structures: All structures must meet the height limitations of the underlying zoning <br />533 district. <br />534 c. Lowest Floor Elevation <br />535 i. Determining elevations: Structures must be placed at an elevation consistent with the <br />536 applicable floodplain regulatory elevations.
