The <br />(a)City did major maintenance in 2006 where a section of the ditch was mowed, graded and a retaining wall was added. Minor <br />maintenance has been completed since 2006, but now vegetation has grown to the point where a thorough removal is needed <br />to keep the ditch operating as intended. <br />Page2 of 2 <br /> <br />
