REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date:February 27, 2023 <br />Item No.:10.e <br />Department ApprovalCity Manager Approval <br />Item Description:Approve 2210 Terminal Road Easement Agreement <br />1 B ACKGROUND <br />2 The City of Roseville currently has an easement agreement with the property owner at 2210 <br />3 Terminal Road for their north driveway accessing Terminal Roadthrough a City parcel. As they <br />4 were reviewing their property title, they realized that their east driveway outto Long Lake Road also <br />5 crosses a City parcel and is not under easement. They requested an easement similar to the one on <br />6 Terminal Road. <br />7 Our City Attorney worked with the property owner and drafted the attached Easement Agreement <br />8(Attachment A). The easement allows the owner to keep andmaintain a driveway over the City <br />9 parcel out to Long Lake Road.
