Non -Riparian Lot. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards set forth in the <br />underl inn zoning oning district. <br />3. Impervious Surface Coverage: Lot development shall meet the impervious surface requirements <br />of the underlying zoning district and the stormwater management requirements of Title 8 of this <br />Code. <br />4. Special Residential Lot Provisions: <br />a. Development of attached, courtyard cottage and multifamily housing shall meet the <br />following standards: <br />i. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards of the underlyingzoning oning district <br />ii. 70% of the shore impact zone must be permanently protected. If that zone does not meet <br />a riparian buffer standards then restoration is required. <br />iii. Shore recreation facilities: <br />A. Must be centralized and located in areas suitable for them based on a suitability <br />analysis. <br />B. Docking, mooring, or over -water storage of more than six (6) watercraft on the <br />centralized facility for the development will only be allowed if the width of the <br />development is greater than the minimum lot width for a riparian single-family <br />residential lot on the respective lake type.
