Based on the funds that remained after the first phase 179 <br />of amendments, the total cost to complete the second phase of amendments was approximately 180 <br />$25,000. These funds were paid for from Community Development Fund balance. 181 <br />RACIAL EQUITY IMPACT SUMMARY 182 <br />Impacts on racial equity were not considered in conjunction with the phase II amendments to the 183 <br />Zoning Code.
