Non-Riparian Lot. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards set forth in the 423 <br />underlying zoning district. 424 <br />3. Impervious Surface Coverage: Lot development shall meet the impervious surface requirements 425 <br />of the underlying zoning district and the stormwater management requirements of Title 8 of this 426 <br />Code. 427 <br />4. Special Residential Lot Provisions: 428 <br />a. Development of attached, courtyard cottage, and multifamily housing shall meet the 429 <br />following standards: 430 <br />i. The lot area and lot width shall meet the standards of the underlying zoning district. 431 <br />ii. 70% of the shore impact zone must be permanently protected. If that zone does not meet 432 <br />a riparian buffer standards then restoration is required. 433 <br />iii. Shore recreation facilities: 434 <br />A. Must be centralized and located in areas suitable for them based on a suitability 435 <br />analysis. 436 <br />B. Docking, mooring, or over-water storage of more than six (6) watercraft on the 437 <br />centralized facility for the development will only be allowed if the width of the 438 <br />development is greater than the minimum lot width for a riparian single-family 439 <br />residential lot on the respective lake type.
