40 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agrees to remit available grant funding <br />41 towards the continued minimization of elimination of excessive I&I within the public <br />42 sanitary sewer system; and <br />43 <br />44 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe City will secure and retain receipts for all eligible <br />45 repairs and that MCES will have reasonable access to audit these records upon request. <br />46 <br />47 <br />48 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />49 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />50 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />51 <br />52 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
