Receive Update on the American Rescue Plan Act(ARPA) Spending Plan <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action and related attachments dated March 20, 2023. <br /> Councilmember Groff indicated some of the items are ongoing and he asked Mr. <br /> Trudgeon to highlight the items that are ongoing and that either need to have tax or <br /> other funding sources going forward. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon reviewed the ongoing items and the funding sources with the City <br /> Council. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Councilmember Etten for bringing this forward as something <br /> to put on the agenda and staff for putting together the report and being conscientious <br /> on how the funds are used. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming <br /> forward. <br /> b. Consider Awarding American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds as Grants to <br /> Non-Profits Serving the Community <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request For Council Action and related attachments dated March 20, 2023. <br /> Councilmember Etten indicated he would like to hear from someone at Kids In <br /> Need Foundation.
