• Enhance pedestrian access and safety; <br /> • Support vibrant business districts; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville applied for and was awarded $25,000 of Critical <br /> Corridors Grant funding to study pedestrian traffic, produce and evaluate non-traditional <br /> improvement alternatives to increase pedestrian safety and connectivity through the <br /> intersection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an <br /> agreement for the Critical Corridors grant funding to finance a portion of the costs of the <br /> County Road B and Snelling Avenue(TH 51) Pedestrian Traffic Study 23-11. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Strahan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Etten, Groff, Strahan; and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
