Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 <br />1. <br />Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 <br />Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 <br />request, Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 <br />Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; Vice Chair Mike Collins; and Members Jarrod <br />6 <br />Cicha, Edwin Hodder, Desiree Mueller and Allison Luongo <br />7 <br />8 <br />Absent: Member Joyce (Excused) <br />9 <br />10 <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; Assistant Public <br />11 <br />Works Director/City Engineer Jennifer Lowry, and <br />12 <br />Sustainability Intern Noelle Bakken <br />13 <br />14 <br />2. <br />Swearing in of New Commissioner <br />15 <br />Chair Ficek performed the swearing in of Commissioner Des Mueller. <br />16 <br />17 <br />The Commission Members introduced themselves and Commissioner Mueller <br />18 <br />introduced herself to the Commission and public. <br />19 <br />20 <br />3. <br />Public Comments <br />21 <br />None. <br />22 <br />23 <br />4. <br />Approval of March 28, 2023 Meeting Minutes <br />24 <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />25 <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />26 <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />27 <br />28 <br />Motion <br />29 <br />Vice Chair Collins moved, Member Cicha seconded, approval of the March <br />30 <br />28, 2023 meeting minutes as presented. <br />31 <br />32 <br />Ayes:5 <br />33 <br />Nays:0 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />Page 3 of 29 <br />
