EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 5th day of June, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Mayor Roe; and the <br /> following were absent: Etten. <br /> Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11991 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF THE RIGHT-OF- <br /> WAY ADJACENT TO THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN DRIVE AND TERRACE <br /> DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.851 desires to consider <br /> the vacation of portions of right-of-way that are located adjacent to the intersection of Lincoln <br /> Drive and Terrace Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, said right-of-way was established by a Roadway Easement granted by Norwest Bank <br /> Minnesota, National Association to the City of Roseville dated March 3, 1993, recorded on April <br /> 6, 1993, as Document No. 2712192, said easement is legally described on the attached Exhibit A <br /> ("Roadway Easement A"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Roadway Easement A is located on the property located at 2803 Lincoln Drive, PID <br /> 042923410028; and <br /> WHEREAS, another portion of right-of-way on the opposite side of Terrace Drive was established <br /> by a Roadway Easement granted by Norwest Bank Minnesota,National Association to the City of <br /> Roseville dated March 3, 1993, recorded on April 6, 1993 as Document No. 2712189, said <br /> easement is legally described on the attached Exhibit B ("Roadway Easement B"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Roadway Easement B is located on the property located at: 2701 Lincoln Drive, PID <br /> 042923410030; and <br /> WHEREAS,Roadway Easement A and Roadway Easement B are depicted on the attached Exhibit <br /> C; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Clerk published, posted, and mailed notice of a public hearing as required <br /> by law, and a public hearing was held on the proposed vacation on the 5th day of June, 2023; and <br /> RS160-1-863419.v1 Vacation Area J <br />
