WHEREAS, a public street is not currently, nor is planned to be, constructed within this right-of- <br /> way; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council in its discretion has determined that the vacation will benefit the <br /> public interest because Roadway Easement A and Roadway Easement B are not needed for current <br /> or future right-of-way purposes; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that: <br /> 1. Roadway Easement A and Roadway Easement B are hereby vacated, with the <br /> exception that an easement for utility purposes within the vacated right-of-way is <br /> hereby reserved. <br /> 2. City staff and consultants are hereby authorized and directed to file a notice of <br /> completion of vacation proceedings. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Strahan, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, and Mayor Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> RS160-1-863419.v1 Vacation Area J <br />
