<br />A letter was received from the Roseville Schools in regard to the re- <br />zoning of property at Dellwood and TH36. They wanted it noted that a <br />builder should not eatablish a business on this pl10perty with the idea of <br />building up a business with the high sbhool students, as the school op- <br />erates on a closed school day. <br /> <br />Hwy. <br />dept. <br /> <br />The Clerk read a letter from the Minn. Hwy. Dept. He: Disposal of Storm <br />water into State-owned reservoir northeasterly of Junction of TH 36 & 51. <br />The State would have no objection to the Village t s formulation of a plan <br />to utilize the reservoir providing the plan will include the enlarging <br />of the outlet so there will be no damage to adjoining property. The letter <br />was referred to the Engineer. <br /> <br />The League of Minnesota Municipalities reported there will be a regional <br />meeting at the South St. Paul Jr. High Bchool on Oct. 12 at 6:30 P.
