At the hearing, no individuals were present to address the Commission, either in person or <br />28 <br />29 virtually, other than the applicant. Planning Commissioners did not have any substantive <br />30 questions of staff or the applicant (Attachment B). <br />31 The Planning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioner Bauer was absent) to recommend the <br />32 following to the City Council: <br />33 A.Recommend approval of the following Environmental Service Center definition amending <br />34 §1001.10 (Definitions) of the Roseville City Code: <br />35 1. Environmental Service Center: A multi-purpose government-owned facility where the <br />36 principal use involves the collection of household hazardous waste, recycling, and <br />37 organics, including associatedoffices and public outreach rooms. <br />38 B.Recommend approval of an amendment to Table 1007-2 (Institutional District Table of Uses) <br />39 to include Environmental Service Center as a conditional use. <br />40 C.Recommend approval of a C ONDITIONAL USE pursuant to §1009.02.C of the Roseville City <br />41 Code for an Environmental Service Center at 1725 Kent Street based on the comments and <br />42 findings of the Request for Planning Commission Action dated June 7, 2023, and the <br />43 following condition: <br />44 1. The Environmental Service Center being constructed similarly to the plans submitted <br />45 dated May, 5, 2023 and provided as a component of the Request for Planning <br />46 Commission Action dated June 7, 2023 and in accordance with the Roseville City Code. <br />47 S UGGESTED C ITY C OUNCIL A CTION <br />48 Adopt an Ordinance (Attachment 3) approvingof the following Environmental Service Center <br />49 definition amending §1001.10 (Definitions) of the Roseville City Code: <br />50 1.
